Jeffrey Konen has been selected as an Artist in Residence at Chateau D’Orquevaux in the Champagne-Ardeene region of France in the Fall of 2017. Located in the French countryside, the residency will permit artists to have uninterrupted time and experimentation to develop new works. Jeffrey plans on immersing himself in the local culture and painting with the various found objects he will collect from the small markets nearby.
